Every Paw's Line piece is handmade in Newmarket, Ontario. Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 10 business days, and made-to-order pieces (collars, Make Your Own Design and custom colours) ship within 10–14 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on where you are in Canada and the Canada Post service you choose at checkout.

We ship within Canada only, coast to coast with Canada Post. We don't ship to the United States or other countries at this time.

Because we start the hand-braiding process shortly after an order is placed, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.

All sales are final, as every piece is handmade in small batches or braided just for you. If your order arrives defective, or we sent the wrong item, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll repair, replace or refund it. Small variations in colour, braid pattern or length are part of handmade charm and aren't defects. Full details are in our Returns & Defects policy.

We recommend measuring your dog's neck with a soft tape measure where a collar naturally sits. Ensure you can fit two fingers between the measure and the neck for comfort. Check our detailed Size Guide on the product pages for breed-specific recommendations.

Absolutely. While our designs look delicate with their floral accents, they are built with reinforced internal cores and high-tensile strength cotton cord. We use solid, rust-resistant hardware that is trail-tested for safety and durability.

We love creating unique pieces! If you have a specific color palette in mind that you don't see on our shop, reach out through our contact page. If we have the cord in stock, we'd be happy to braid a custom 'Line' just for you.

Natural cotton is durable but prefers gentle care. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For a deep clean, hand wash in lukewarm water and lay flat to dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to maintain the integrity of the hand-tied knots.

We use high-quality dyed cotton cord, but like any natural textile, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or harsh chemicals (like chlorine) can cause slight fading. To keep your gear vibrant, store it indoors when not in use.

We use premium hardware finishes designed to withstand the Canadian elements. However, if your gear gets wet during a snowy or rainy walk, we recommend wiping the metal components dry with a soft cloth to ensure their artisan shine lasts for years.
