Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since every Paw's Line product is handcrafted in Canada one-by-one, please allow 3-5 business days for us to braid and inspect your gear before it ships. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location within Canada, typically ranging from 2-7 business days.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Currently, we focus on serving our Canadian pup community coast-to-coast. If you are located internationally and are interested in our artisan gear, please send us a message and we can look into a custom shipping quote for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we start the hand-braiding process shortly after an order is placed, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.
Product & Sizing
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
We recommend measuring your dog's neck with a soft tape measure where a collar naturally sits. Ensure you can fit two fingers between the measure and the neck for comfort. Check our detailed Size Guide on the product pages for breed-specific recommendations.
Are your leashes strong enough for large dogs?
Absolutely. While our designs look delicate with their floral accents, they are built with reinforced internal cores and high-tensile strength cotton cord. We use solid, rust-resistant hardware that is trail-tested for safety and durability.
Do you offer custom color combinations?
We love creating unique pieces! If you have a specific color palette in mind that you don't see on our shop, reach out through our contact page. If we have the cord in stock, we'd be happy to braid a custom 'Line' just for you.
Care & Longevity
How do I clean my hand-braided gear?
Natural cotton is durable but prefers gentle care. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For a deep clean, hand wash in lukewarm water and lay flat to dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to maintain the integrity of the hand-tied knots.
Will the colors fade over time?
We use high-quality dyed cotton cord, but like any natural textile, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or harsh chemicals (like chlorine) can cause slight fading. To keep your gear vibrant, store it indoors when not in use.
Is the hardware rust-proof?
We use premium hardware finishes designed to withstand the Canadian elements. However, if your gear gets wet during a snowy or rainy walk, we recommend wiping the metal components dry with a soft cloth to ensure their artisan shine lasts for years.
